Appointments
To ensure timely service to all our guests, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in procedures and full consultation. All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card at time of booking.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel or re-schedule your reservation, please provide 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining appointment time. (Full service fee will apply)

Civello will provide you with a robe and slippers for your comfort.

Our spa is a place of peace and tranquility, designed to provide a relaxing experience. As such, please ensure that cell phones and other devices are turned off, maintain quiet conversations and refrain from bringing children into the spa area.
